After having this consistently night after night, you can definitely feel that clarity of a solid
night's sleep about 15 mins after wakeup. Tracking sleep on my watch I can tell it's improved remarkedly.
Great combination of ingredients and the right dose, no need for additional melatonin etc.

As a shift worker I've tried multiple other magnesium sleep products. This product really does work. Didn't wake up drowsy, didn't wake up groggy.

Tastes ok and helps get a restful night

I have struggled falling to sleep for years. I started taking this product at an extremely distressing time, living in hospital with my sick father. I was falling asleep easily, but still waking up without feeling like I took anything, no fog, clear and able to take on the next challenge. I'm still taking it having deep ininteruped sleep. I swear this product is a game changer

Sleeping deeper than I have in a long time. Love that magnesium and glycine are included in it as before I was taking those separately.
Would love this in a tablet form so that it was easier to take overseas for a month!
